Peking University ranks third, with 22 alumni making it to the 2023 Hurun Rich List. Among the most successful entrepreneurs are Li Yanhong of Baidu, Li Ge of WuXi AppTec, and Li Bin of NIO. The schools ranked third to sixth are Peking University (22 people), Shanghai Jiao Tong University (21 people), Wuhan University (17 people), Renmin University of China (16 people), and South China University of Technology (16 people).

If the Rich List is based on families or couples, then the wealth figure represents the family or couple's wealth.
